Atty. Dr. Samora P. Z. Wolokolie is a distinguished Liberian legal practitioner, public finance expert, and corporate executive with over 18 years of professional experience spanning public service, academia, financial consulting, and legal practice.

He serves as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Certified Public Accountants, Inc., a leading professional services firm and member of the Alliott Global Alliance. In addition, he is the Chairman and CEO of Zama Group of Companies, Inc., and currently holds the position of Associate Legal Counsel at Torch Professional Consultancy, Inc., where he provides strategic legal advisory on corporate, tax, and public interest matters.

Dr. Wolokolie’s career reflects a deep commitment to national development, ethical leadership, and institutional transformation. As Deputy Minister for Fiscal Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, he played a central role in managing Liberia’s fiscal economy, designing national tax policies, and overseeing public financial operations for six years. He previously served as Director of Internal Audit at the Ministry of Finance and Managing Partner of BICON, Inc., leading audit and advisory engagements across public and private institutions.

An academic by passion, he is currently an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the University of Liberia and Stella Maris Polytechnic University, and a respected thought leader at professional forums in Liberia and abroad. His work spans consulting, risk management, forensic investigations, public financial management, and policy design.

He holds a Ph.D. in Forensic Accounting & Audit and a second Ph.D. in Economics (in progress) at Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. He also holds LL.B. from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia; an MBA in Accounting, and a Master of Science (MSc.) in Forensic Accounting.
